Welcome. Hi, My name is David. After being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder a number of years ago, I sought to find a community in which I could feel comfortable and welcome. Ideally, a community that was both social and supportive.

My search has lead to the creation of this website. It is for people who are seeking support, information, and companionship. Here, I have compiled a list of chat rooms and message boards that are dedicated to Bipolar Disorder and Depression. I have also included a list of websites that provide additional information and resources.

The information provided on this site is designed to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between you and your physician and/or therapist.

Please, take your time and visit the community that's right for you. If you are aware of any other websites, or online communities that are not included on this list, please e-mail me the name and the url of the website and I will try and add it to the site.

I also feature a gallery here for you to contribute your artwork, writing, or photography. Please share your work by e-mailing the files to me, and I will post them in the gallery for viewing. If you are interested in just browsing, click here to go to the gallery.

Thank you for stopping by. Please visit often, as the information on this website will be updated regularly. I appreciate your support, and I hope that this website can help you find what you need.
